The problem
While having renovated many car dealerships one of the main issues we have encountered with commercial property is balancing the corporate guidelines with the owner’s personal flare. While working on a renovation project the owner wanted to change enough of the space that it felt like theirs. The dealership was a large project that needed a lot of open space. The main concern was to have enough storage space so that documents and paperwork would not be visible to the clients and make the space seem cluttered.
The Solution
We were able to add custom-built cabinetry along the back wall that appeared sleek, clean, and remained accessible to the staff while being out of the way of clients in the showroom. While also making a custom front reception desk that was both beautiful and functional we were able to add additional hidden storage maximizing space.
